singles night
So, tonight is my first singles night event. I've never been to a party where everyone is single and I've never done speed dating or any other dating gimicky things. But now it seems like I am inundated ... tonight is a singles party where girls must wear pink and boys must wear red. (I am wearing a black tshirt with jeans, and a mauve-pink scarf.) And my roommate is making us do a Date Challenge where we have to go on 4 dates between V-day and April Fool's Day...there are rules about what each date much include (i.e. one under $20, etc.). Lots of dating pressure lately!

one total stranger, one friend set-up?
one where you lie your ass off, and one where you're truthful to the point it hurts?

my money's on the under $20, 20+ minute date with a girl who is a total stranger where you drink wine and lie your ass off. how fun would that be!

one has to be under $20, one has to be doing something active or outside, they have to be with 4 different people (unless you have a boyfriend -- yes, one girl has a boyfriend), at least one is supposed to be with someone you have romantic potential with (that's for me, because I said I would only do it if I could go on dates with friends...)
