Fred took me on a surprise trip to
La Scandinave, these baths out in the mountain. You are supposed to go into a hot bath, then a cold bath (like a freezing waterfall) and then to the sauna or steam room. It was soooo relaxing. We stayed for hours. Major brownie points for this one!
