Going surfing tomorrow! yay! On a 5 day, 4 night camping trip from Sydney to Bryon Bay. Very excited. And scared...what if I drown? I'm pretty sure these guys don't want that on their consciences though, so they will keep me from drowning. As long as they're not stoned. That's the hope, anyway.
Blue Mountains was soooo beautiful. It was nice to be in the mountains again...ah...missing Canada. Had a nice hike through them to see the famed "three sisters"...not really sure why they are called that...it's more like 3 eroded rocks sticking off the cliff...but still beautiful. And met a canadian from Vernon last night! Very nice chap.
I spent today in Sydney, seeing the tourist sites...the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, etc. I went inside a tour of the Opera House, which was kinda cool, even if our tour guide was a little ditzy and Guffman-esque. And now I'm off to pack for my EARLY EARLY EARLY morning start to a hopefully very fun week.
